A meeting of the Board was held on May 16, 2009. The Board voted for Meredith Sprunger to be Chairman Emeritus and a Director. The Board also voted for Merlyn Cox to be acting Chairman in addition to remaining President and Dick Bain to be acting Executive Director as well as remaining Treasurer. The final status of Board positions will be resolved at a later time. The Board also voted to add four Directors to the Board. The first one, David Hitzeman, was accepted at the meeting.
The Board also discussed the possibility of virtual Fellowships. Dick Bain will look into the technical requirements for this option. |
